Rio Cuarto FC's Leonel Blen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reiner Naranjo in the 6th minute of play. Leonel Blen came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Pamplona FC's Reiner Naranjo. But to his dismay, Reiner Naranjo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Abel Carrillo during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 17th match minute, Pamplona FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abel Carrillo to maneuver through the defense. Anselmo Sancho's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 19thth minute, Ivan Yakunin skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Leo Guevara hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Vinicio Ulate sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leonel Blen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reiner Naranjo in the 25th minute of the match. Abel Carrillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Leonel Blen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leonel Blen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reiner Naranjo in the 28th minute of play. After 29 minutes, Hugo Romero mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pamplona FC and the Rio Cuarto FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Pamplona FC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Hugo Romero hit a great ball. Reiner Naranjo took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leonel Blen. Leonel Blen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. After 34 minutes of play, Pamplona FC's Abel Carrillo made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leonel Blen was left in no man's land by his defense there! Leonel Blen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leo Guevara went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. Reiner Naranjo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-6.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Anselmo Sancho made a kick off. An unexpected shot in the 51st minute by Vinicio Ulate got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baltazar Loria in the 53rd minute of play forced Pamplona FC's goalkeeper Ivan Yakunin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Reiner Naranjo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Leonel Blen made a huge save. Ivan Yakunin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anselmo Sancho's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. Reiner Naranjo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Leonel Blen made a huge save. Leonel Blen was a little too slow when Reiner Naranjo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 59th minute. The score was now 0-7. 62 minutes into the match, Rio Cuarto FC's goalkeeper Leonel Blen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vinicio Ulate. 64 minutes into the game, Pamplona FC's Leo Guevara nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leonel Blen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-8. Leonel Blen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abel Carrillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Izydor Betonowy kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Leonel Blen. That made the score 0-10 in the 72 minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Rio Cuarto FC's zone, Reiner Naranjo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leonel Blen came out of the goal and Reiner Naranjo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 78 minutes into the match, Rio Cuarto FC's goal looked a bit too open when Abel Carrillo came free, but Leonel Blen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 79 minutes into the game, Pamplona FC's Leo Guevara nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leonel Blen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-11. Reiner Naranjo scored 0-12 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leonel Blen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 88 minutes into the match, Abel Carrillo notched a goal, 0-13, to the right of Rio Cuarto FC's Leonel Blen. Leonel Blen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Leonel Blen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leo Guevara went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-14 was the resulting score. In the 94th minute, Abel Carrillo fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Rio Cuarto FC's Leonel Blen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Rio Cuarto FC from getting a goal against them. Pamplona FC played a much better game than Rio Cuarto FC and deserved their victory. The Rio Cuarto FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
