Spectators: 5150 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Vitorino Manrique took the kick off in the first half of the match. 4 minutes into the match, Huancarire FC's goalkeeper Jacindo Hero had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ted Gorvea. 6 minutes into the game, Huancarire FC's Porfirio Recasens nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Botello Hierro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in Huancarire FC's zone, Estavan Teijeira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jacindo Hero came out of the goal and Estavan Teijeira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 16th minute Vitorino Manrique shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Botello Hierro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Diablos's Baraquiel Negrete got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cordero Mercado hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Huancarire FC's Jacindo Hero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Estavan Teijeira in the 22nd minute of play. Diablos's Ted Gorvea got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Karlos Infante during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When Diablos's Ted Gorvea in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Huancarire FC's goalie prevented a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Huancarire FC's zone, Xacintu Molledo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jacindo Hero came out of the goal and Xacintu Molledo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 32nd minute, Estavan Teijeira reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jacindo Hero. The goal made the score 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in Huancarire FC's zone, Ted Gorvea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jacindo Hero came out of the goal and Ted Gorvea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ted Gorvea's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 41stth minute, Jacindo Hero skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Diablos's Ted Gorvea was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 45th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ted Gorvea was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ted Gorvea in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jacindo Hero prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Xacintu Molledo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacindo Hero having to interfere. Gervaso Artigue's late challenge caught a Diablos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gervaso Artigue helped the player get up and apologised. After 55 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Huancarire FC! The referee gave Diablos a penalty, 57 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Ted Gorvea, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Huancarire FC's Jacindo Hero. 3-1. Jacindo Hero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ted Gorvea in the 60th minute of play. Baraquiel Negrete kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Ted Gorvea might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jacindo Hero. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ted Gorvea ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 73 minutes, Ted Gorvea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Diablos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ted Gorvea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the Huancarire FC defense, Ted Gorvea kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jacindo Hero. The Huancarire FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jacindo Hero should have stopped the shot. Jacindo Hero didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ted Gorvea went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. In the 85thth minute of the game Ted Gorvea who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Huancarire FC's Jacindo Hero was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Xacintu Molledo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ted Gorvea in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jacindo Hero prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jacindo Hero stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ted Gorvea's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. In the 96thth minute of the game Ted Gorvea who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Huancarire FC's Jacindo Hero was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ted Gorvea recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Diablos's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
