Camilo Infante received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Guillelmo Villar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Camilo Infante fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guillelmo Villar having to interfere. In the 15th minute, Salvadore Jeantes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Callacallane FBC's Karmel Espelz tried to score from far away in the 16th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 18 minutes into the match, Camilo Infante notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Nahui's Guillelmo Villar. Guillelmo Villar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 24 minutes into the game, Inge Melon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Callacallane FBC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nahui the free kick. Inge Melon hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Inge Melon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guillelmo Villar having to interfere. Lizardi Cevallos kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Nahui's Adriano Boreyta shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 36th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Manilan Hostos but with some difficulty. In the 38th minute, Camilo Infante got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Inge Melon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Guillelmo Villar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Tito Hernando's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Manilan Hostos was relentless in the 44th minute of the game. Tito Hernando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 49th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manilan Hostos having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Inge Melon was the one to do the kick off. Guillelmo Villar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nahui's Guillelmo Villar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Inge Melon in the 56th minute of play. After having played for 58 minutes, Inge Melon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Callacallane FBC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Inge Melon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Anton Rueda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 62nd minute Tito Hernando shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manilan Hostos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Camilo Infante struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Guillelmo Villar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Callacallane FBC. Inge Melon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guillelmo Villar having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Inge Melon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Callacallane FBC's supporters rose to their feet, but Inge Melon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Guillelmo Villar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Inge Melon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 80th minute, Inge Melon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 83 minutes into the match, Callacallane FBC's goal looked a bit too open when Tito Hernando came free, but Manilan Hostos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Camilo Infante received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Guillelmo Villar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anton Rueda's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Manilan Hostos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. Manilan Hostos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anton Rueda, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute.
