The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ramiro Hortuño kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. If Stanislao Tros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Azibar Delgadillo hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Gaueko Botana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Txilar Castroviejo having to interfere. Azibar Delgadillo kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Daniel Brunet's late challenge caught a Chacapata FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Daniel Brunet helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Vesique FC's Daniel Brunet got a free kick in the 17th minute. Gaueko Botana recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stanislao Tros in the 24th minute of play forced Vesique FC's goalkeeper Txilar Castroviejo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpected shot in the 26th minute by Gaueko Botana got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 28 minutes into the match, Chacapata FC's goal looked a bit too open when Romo Casaña came free, but Mattin Ruidiez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Chacapata FC's Mattin Ruidiez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romo Casaña in the 37th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sanchez Pintor in the 39th minute of play forced Chacapata FC's goalkeeper Mattin Ruidiez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sanchez Pintor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Stanislao Tros to make the kick off. After 56 played minutes Chacapata FC got a freekick which was hit by Gaueko Botana. After a defensive mix-up in Chacapata FC's zone, Romo Casaña stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mattin Ruidiez came out of the goal and Romo Casaña tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Txilar Castroviejo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stanislao Tros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tabby Avalos kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Stanislao Tros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Txilar Castroviejo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Chacapata FC booed when Vesique FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ramiro Hortuño didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stanislao Tros in the 89th minute of play forced Vesique FC's goalkeeper Txilar Castroviejo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Vesique FC's zone, Gaueko Botana stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Txilar Castroviejo came out of the goal and Gaueko Botana tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 94 minutes into the match, Stanislao Tros had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Txilar Castroviejo. Vesique FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Stanislao Tros was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
