Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Villanueva's Orkatz Blas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Leo Cegama charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leo Cegama the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 5 minutes into the match, Villanueva's goalkeeper Xurxo Caballero had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by John Paza. Xurxo Caballero made an important save on a dangerous shot by John Paza in the 7th minute. Andres Arona could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Xurxo Caballero made a huge save. A collision led to Villanueva getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Orkatz Blas hit a great ball. In the 12th match minute, Tulipe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Berbiz Argudin to maneuver through the defense. In the 13th minute Dario Cadiz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustau Albino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. John Paza in the 20thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Xurxo Caballero, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 27 minutes of play, Tulipe's John Paza made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Xurxo Caballero was left in no man's land by his defense there! Andres Arona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xurxo Caballero having to interfere. 32 minutes into the match, Villanueva's goalkeeper Xurxo Caballero had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by John Paza. Galeno Albisu hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. John Paza was the one to do the kick off. After 53 played minutes Villanueva got a freekick which was hit by Dario Cadiz. When Tulipe's John Paza in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Villanueva's goalie prevented a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eleder Fermoso during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 56th minute, Eleder Fermoso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Villanueva getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Galeno Albisu hit a great ball. Villanueva's Xurxo Caballero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by John Paza in the 60th minute of play. When Tulipe's Andres Arona in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Villanueva's goalie prevented a goal. Tulipe's John Paza got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Inge Gerica recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Villanueva's Galeno Albisu got a free kick in the 68th minute. Tulipe's Pio Lasaca was substituted for Joseba Vaz. The supporters of Tulipe booed when Villanueva was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Galeno Albisu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 73 minutes, Pio Lasaca managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tulipe's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pio Lasaca was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Galeno Albisu kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, John Paza managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tulipe's supporters rose to their feet, but John Paza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Xurxo Caballero breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Andres Arona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 80th minute Xabel Basante shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xurxo Caballero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Xurxo Caballero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from John Paza in the 82nd minute of the match. Xurxo Caballero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from John Paza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 87thth minute of the game John Paza who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Villanueva's Xurxo Caballero was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tulipe's John Paza got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Andres Arona received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Xurxo Caballero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 94thth minute of the game Xabel Basante who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Villanueva's Xurxo Caballero was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Xurxo Caballero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from John Paza in the 95th minute of play. 96 minutes into the match, Villanueva's goal looked a bit too open when Berbiz Argudin came free, but Xurxo Caballero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
