After 7 minutes, Foro Castrillo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Parales FBC and the Chunuma FBC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 7th match minute, Parales FBC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Foro Castrillo to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Chunuma FBC booed when Parales FBC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Foro Castrillo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sugoi Espoa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Gonza Urquicia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chunuma FBC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gonza Urquicia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sancho Ocio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gonza Urquicia struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Sancho Ocio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chunuma FBC. Sancho Ocio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gonza Urquicia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Foro Castrillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sugoi Espoa hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. In the 33rd match minute, Chunuma FBC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonel Rivero to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Gonza Urquicia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chunuma FBC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gonza Urquicia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sancho Ocio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Parales FBC's Sancho Ocio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gonza Urquicia in the 43rd minute of play. In the 47th minute, Berriotxoa Gorbea fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Adalberto Mel, passed just outside the right post. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leonel Rivero stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Parales FBC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Foro Castrillo hit a great ball. Parales FBC's Foro Castrillo got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 57 minutes of play Chunuma FBC's Sugoi Espoa was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Sugoi Espoa kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. If Foro Castrillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chunuma FBC's Gonza Urquicia got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Peter Amundarain received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Sancho Ocio came out and tried to block the shot, but Peter Amundarain slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 64th minute. In the 69th minute, Gonza Urquicia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gonza Urquicia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sancho Ocio having to interfere. Berriotxoa Gorbea kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. In the 81st minute, Santio Churruca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Santio Churruca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adalberto Mel having to interfere. Sancho Ocio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tajo Bernia, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. The supporters of Chunuma FBC booed when Parales FBC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santio Churruca didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sancho Ocio made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Gonza Urquicia sent off a good shot on target.
