After having played for 5 minutes, Carlos Campomanes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pescados's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carlos Campomanes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Florinio Urbina took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vitin Ubilla. Vitin Ubilla dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Nevada Guill received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Aldo Ucles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Florinio Urbina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pescados's Vitin Ubilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bento Garzon in the 22nd minute of play. Vitin Ubilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bento Garzon, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. After some careless play in the Pescados defense, Florinio Urbina kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vitin Ubilla. The Pescados fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vitin Ubilla should have stopped the shot. Vitin Ubilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bento Garzon, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. With his leg Aldo Ucles managed to avoid a goal in the 43rdth minute, when Pescados's Carlos Campomanes fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 48 played minutes Pescados got a freekick which was hit by Aurelio Andaltia. When Florinio Urbina came up free with the goalie in the 49th minute, the Sayapampa FBC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Florinio Urbina couldn't finish the play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Pescados's Vitin Ubilla proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Pescados from getting a goal against them. If Carlos Campomanes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nevada Guill received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Aldo Ucles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vitin Ubilla didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sayapampa FBC. Florinio Urbina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vitin Ubilla having to interfere. Nevada Guill fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aldo Ucles having to interfere. Carlos Campomanes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aldo Ucles having to interfere. Edmundo Urquiola helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Pescados booed when Sayapampa FBC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edmundo Urquiola didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pescados were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Sayapampa FBC for a fine match.
