Bartolo Moya stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vitoria Orellana's shot from short distance in the 4th minute. In the 8thth minute of the game Vitoria Orellana who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Huarmune's Bartolo Moya was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jacindo Cabuerniga in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bartolo Moya prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Lirio's Vitoria Orellana in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Huarmune's goalie prevented a goal. After some careless play in the Lirio defense, Damario Sauca kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Angelo Helguera. The Lirio fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Angelo Helguera should have stopped the shot. Damario Sauca might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Angelo Helguera. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Damario Sauca ran back to his position shaking his head. Jacindo Cabuerniga struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Bartolo Moya didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lirio. Bartolo Moya took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacindo Cabuerniga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tello Chirghentino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vitoria Orellana recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 46th match minute, Huarmune was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tiniebra Errazquin to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

After a rather tough play, Lirio's Koldo Perero got a free kick in the 50th minute. Jacindo Cabuerniga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Bartolo Moya tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lirio's Angelo Helguera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tello Chirghentino in the 60th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jacindo Cabuerniga got free with Bartolo Moya in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bartolo Moya took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vitoria Orellana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Huarmune's Bartolo Moya proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Huarmune from getting a goal against them. Jacindo Cabuerniga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Bartolo Moya tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jacindo Cabuerniga got free with Bartolo Moya in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Damario Sauca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angelo Helguera having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tello Chirghentino in the 80th minute of play forced Lirio's goalkeeper Angelo Helguera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Vitoria Orellana's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bartolo Moya was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. When Tiniebra Errazquin was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 83 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, Huarmune's Tiniebra Errazquin got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Vitoria Orellana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Lirio's supporters rose to their feet, but Vitoria Orellana was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bartolo Moya breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jacindo Cabuerniga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Angelo Helguera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damario Sauca in the 93rd minute of the match. Bartolo Moya made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Jacindo Cabuerniga sent off a good shot on target. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Huarmune were victorious despite being under pressure from Lirio for much of the match.
