Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Txerran Gajardo took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 2nd minute, Lluis Bien hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Claudio Barbera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vigil Sarmiento having to interfere. Salados's Camerino Garza got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Claudio Barbera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Vigil Sarmiento tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 21 minutes, Txerran Gajardo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pantag FBC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Txerran Gajardo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Salados's Bernabe Viñas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Salados from getting a goal against them. Vigil Sarmiento made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudio Barbera in the 25th minute of play. Vigil Sarmiento took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Camerino Garza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 30 minutes into the game, Salados's Claudio Barbera nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vigil Sarmiento made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 38 minutes into the match, Pantag FBC's goal looked a bit too open when Claudio Barbera came free, but Vigil Sarmiento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maximo Verda hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Clawirton Correa was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 42nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Vigil Sarmiento stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Camerino Garza's shot from short distance in the 47th minute. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Camerino Garza made a kick off. Claudio Barbera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Claudio Barbera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Vigil Sarmiento tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Esquipula Arvelo kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Txerran Gajardo's late challenge caught a Salados's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Txerran Gajardo helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Salados booed when Pantag FBC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Txerran Gajardo didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Claudio Barbera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Eneas Darroja came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Salados fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eneas Darroja couldn't finish the play. Camerino Garza who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 85thth minute tested the skills of Vigil Sarmiento when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 88th minute of the match Esquipula Arvelo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bernabe Viñas showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Claudio Barbera's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Vigil Sarmiento firmly grabbed it by the left post. If Camerino Garza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Salados played a much better game than Pantag FBC and deserved their victory. The Pantag FBC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
