Mano Cao who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 17thth minute tested the skills of Errolan Reig when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 19 minutes into the match, Thio's goal looked a bit too open when Vitorino Esteve came free, but Jeraldo Sordo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Thio booed when Uningambal FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximo Baez didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 21st minute, one of Uningambal FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Uningambal FC. Jeraldo Sordo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vitorino Esteve in the 25th minute of play. The supporters of Uningambal FC booed when Thio was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olayo Talaga didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Mano Cao had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 43rd minute, Mano Cao left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Thio fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Jeraldo Sordo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cuartio España in the 47th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cuartio España to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Thio booed when Uningambal FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iliana Escola didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 53rdth minute of the game Mano Cao who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Uningambal FC's Errolan Reig was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Cuartio España had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Vasco Aquino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Thio's supporters rose to their feet, but Vasco Aquino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Errolan Reig breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Errolan Reig showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vasco Aquino in the 65th minute of the match. Cuartio España fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeraldo Sordo having to interfere. Jeraldo Sordo made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Vitorino Esteve sent off a good shot on target. In the 82nd minute, Vasco Aquino left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Thio fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Vitorino Esteve hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Thio's Mano Cao suffered a concussion after 87 minutes and had to leave the field. Bernebe Lecea kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Errolan Reig made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ebardo Villaescusa in the 89th minute of play. In the 94th minute Cuartio España shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeraldo Sordo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Uningambal FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Thio.
