Monıtoг Huáscaг's Elivareo Gox played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amado Elizondo in the 44th minute of play. The Cataucancha FC fans' excitement grew in the 47th match minute when Cataucancha FC's Olentzaro Betardo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.

Monıtoг Huáscaг's Elivareo Gox proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Monıtoг Huáscaг from getting a goal against them. Elivareo Gox stood somewhat misplaced when Olentzaro Betardo came free in front of goal and shot 0-3 to the left of him in the 62 minute. Elivareo Gox made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olentzaro Betardo in the 70th minute of play. Olentzaro Betardo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elivareo Gox having to interfere. Rafel Fontanes's late challenge caught a Cataucancha FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rafel Fontanes helped the player get up and apologised. If Olentzaro Betardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mattin Cobarrubias in the 83rd minute of play forced Cataucancha FC's goalkeeper Guillelmus Monterinos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 89 minutes, Olentzaro Betardo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cataucancha FC and the Monıtoг Huáscaг players grew even worse after the yellow card.
