After a rather tough play, Iquitos's Tiniebra Barcaiztegui got a free kick in the 19th minute. Gitano Cuello hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Bernabel Erosa was extremely unlucky when he, in the 25th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. A collision led to Larcapa getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Faustino Candelaria hit a great ball. Bernabel Erosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hondo Valera having to interfere. Montxo Sirguero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tabor Olarte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilberto Muñio having to interfere. Hondo Valera made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Bernabel Erosa sent off a good shot on target. Deunoro Tigero blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hondo Valera having to make a save. Bernabel Erosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hondo Valera having to interfere. After having played for 47 minutes, Gutierrre Aquejano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Montxo Sirguero made a kick off. A collision led to Iquitos getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Tiniebra Barcaiztegui hit a great ball. Hondo Valera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Deunoro Tigero in the 56th minute of the match. In the 57th minute, Gitano Cuello had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gutierrre Aquejano during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Iquitos booed when Larcapa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernabel Erosa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hondo Valera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Larcapa reached it. When Bernabel Erosa, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 65 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Hondo Valera was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Hondo Valera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gutierrre Aquejano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 67th match minute, Iquitos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sal Verganzo to maneuver through the defense. If Bernabel Erosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bernabel Erosa hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. 76 minutes into the match, Bernabel Erosa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hondo Valera. Iquitos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bernabel Erosa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. When Gutierrre Aquejano was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 80 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, Larcapa's Gutierrre Aquejano got a free kick in the 81st minute. Carlomagno Enebro charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Carlomagno Enebro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Deunoro Tigero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 88th minute Carlomagno Enebro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hondo Valera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iquitos's Hondo Valera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Deunoro Tigero in the 89th minute of play. After 91 played minutes Iquitos got a freekick which was hit by Moncho Morros. Carlomagno Enebro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 94th minute, Deunoro Tigero got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Larcapa walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
