With an extended leg and a bit of luck Matro Atauri prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ismael Espineiro in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Matro Atauri saved Machacc from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tercero Tricio got free with Evarado Berriz in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Machacc booed when Lambraspata was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rioja Trasloseros didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ismael Espineiro in the 17th minute of play forced Machacc's goalkeeper Matro Atauri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st minute, Ismael Espineiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Lambraspata's Tadeo Rebustillo in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
