An unexpectedly hard shot by Xavon Mellado in the 34th minute of play forced Atletico Luren FC's goalkeeper Benja Caamaño to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 36 minutes in the game, Nofre Remirez fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Benja Caamaño having to interfere. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tartalo Llama made a kick off. Benja Caamaño took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xavon Mellado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ignatius Figueira was out of position in the 56 minute of play, and Xove Rebenga capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Xove Rebenga really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. Atletico Luren FC's Benja Caamaño played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nofre Remirez in the 60th minute of play. Xavon Mellado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benja Caamaño having to interfere. Ignatius Figueira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tartalo Llama in the 65th minute of play. Th3W4v3s's Salvidor Ollacuria got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 71 minutes of play, Th3W4v3s's Xavon Mellado made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Atletico Luren FC's Benja Caamaño played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xavon Mellado in the 80th minute of play. The supporters of Th3W4v3s booed when Atletico Luren FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maurino Elguea didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nofre Remirez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benja Caamaño having to interfere. In the 88thth minute of the game Xavon Mellado who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Atletico Luren FC's Benja Caamaño was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Perez Taladriz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 90th minute Ostargi Mendiune shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benja Caamaño saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 91 minutes, Xavon Mellado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Th3W4v3s's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xavon Mellado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Xavon Mellado managed to get in a good position for a shot. Th3W4v3s's supporters rose to their feet, but Xavon Mellado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benja Caamaño breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Th3W4v3s manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Atletico Luren FC to win.
