The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ekain Madera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Olo Zuzuarregui in the 32nd minute. 37 minutes into the match, Garbage FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cordara Lomba came free, but Ekain Madera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Olo Zuzuarregui came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Acuisho fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Olo Zuzuarregui couldn't finish the play. Ekain Madera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Olo Zuzuarregui in the 45th minute. Ramond Pravia charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ramond Pravia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ramond Pravia kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cordara Lomba was the one to do the kick off. In the 95th minute Olo Zuzuarregui shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ekain Madera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
