Benvido Rellan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aristides Silguero, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. After 26 played minutes Lamud got a freekick which was hit by Millano Puentes. If Vergaray Mauriz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 32 played minutes Lamud got a freekick which was hit by Etxepare Muela. 33 minutes into the match, Mesa Redonda F.C.'s Ciriaco Iribarren broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Rozarius Aulestia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Benvido Rellan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. In the 37th minute Aristides Silguero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benvido Rellan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
