An unexpectedly hard shot by Aristides Silguero in the 6th minute of play forced Acalcane's goalkeeper Guipuzkoa Hilari to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Inguma Ogero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Aristides Silguero's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Guipuzkoa Hilari was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. After 21 minutes, Etxepare Muela mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lamud and the Acalcane players grew even worse after the yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Victoro Valverde got free with Loren Dosal in the 48th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Menendo Herreras stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute, Nataniel Salsoro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rozarius Aulestia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guipuzkoa Hilari having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Rozarius Aulestia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lamud's supporters rose to their feet, but Rozarius Aulestia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Guipuzkoa Hilari breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Guipuzkoa Hilari showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rozarius Aulestia in the 62nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Acalcane's zone, Rozarius Aulestia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Guipuzkoa Hilari came out of the goal and Rozarius Aulestia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 76th match minute, Acalcane was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nataniel Salsoro to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rozarius Aulestia in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Guipuzkoa Hilari saved Acalcane from getting behind. Inguma Ogero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Loren Dosal having to interfere. In the 81st minute Menendo Herreras shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Loren Dosal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 87 minutes, Rozarius Aulestia took a quick shot and it went in 0-1 without a chance for Guipuzkoa Hilari to make any attempt to save it. Victoro Valverde sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Loren Dosal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victoro Valverde, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
