Spectators: 6794 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1794, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Hernandez Cuello got the match started through his kick off. Roegelio Laguardia came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Sayacc 's Fabio Fariñada. But to his dismay, Fabio Fariñada quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 9th minute Hernandez Cuello shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Camilo Puebla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 12th match minute, Sayacc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Criston Abello to maneuver through the defense. Giraldo Godan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Camilo Puebla made a huge save. Roegelio Laguardia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fabio Fariñada's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. After having played for 17 minutes, Fabio Fariñada managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sayacc 's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabio Fariñada was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 20 played minutes Hernandez Cuello rounded Sayacc 's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-1. The supporters of Morrope booed when Sayacc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ferdinand Cabrero didn't get a good kick on the ball. The long shot by Txurio Lebrato in the 28th minute really tested Camilo Puebla's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 29th minute Atauri Rayon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Camilo Puebla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jose-Antonio Fernandez got free with Camilo Puebla in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Camilo Puebla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hernandez Cuello in the 36th minute of the match. Morrope's Roegelio Laguardia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabio Fariñada in the 38th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jose-Antonio Fernandez got free with Camilo Puebla in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fabio Fariñada made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Fabio Fariñada managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sayacc 's supporters rose to their feet, but Fabio Fariñada was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roegelio Laguardia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sayacc 's Camilo Puebla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hernandez Cuello in the 55th minute of play. After 59 played minutes Sayacc got a freekick which was hit by Criston Abello. The audience held their breath when Txurio Lebrato in the 62nd minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Camilo Puebla's left hand side. Camilo Puebla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hernandez Cuello, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. In the 67th minute, Fabio Fariñada got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sayacc 's Camilo Puebla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hernandez Cuello in the 73rd minute of play. In the 74th minute, Ferdinand Cabrero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hernandez Cuello scored 3-1 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Camilo Puebla, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Camilo Puebla came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Morrope's Hernandez Cuello. But to his dismay, Hernandez Cuello quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. 83 minutes into the game, Morrope's Hernandez Cuello nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Camilo Puebla made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. Criston Abello hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Txurio Lebrato walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Camilo Puebla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jose-Antonio Fernandez in the 95th minute of the match. Sayacc 's Camilo Puebla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hernandez Cuello in the 96th minute of play. In the 97th minute Jose-Antonio Fernandez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Camilo Puebla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Camilo Puebla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hernandez Cuello, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. There was no doubt that Morrope were the better team. Morrope's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
