In the 13thth minute of the game Firmo Palafox who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Taime's Roi Aulestia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ezkerra Caro struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Roi Aulestia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Barcelona. If Firmo Palafox had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 20th minute Ezkerra Caro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roi Aulestia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 23rd minute, FC Barcelona's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Dalmai Queto fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. When Dolfo Valdecañas fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Firmo Palafox managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Barcelona's supporters rose to their feet, but Firmo Palafox was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roi Aulestia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 35 played minutes Taime got a freekick which was hit by Juaneizu Bolde. 36 minutes in the game Juaneizu Bolde got a great opportunity which he missed by shooting outside the goal. Juaneizu Bolde might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Teyo Solarriba. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Juaneizu Bolde ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Dalmai Queto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Taime's supporters rose to their feet, but Dalmai Queto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Teyo Solarriba breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Juaneizu Bolde made the kick off in the second half.
