The tension between the Real Trujillo F.C and the Yambu FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 13 played minutes Real Trujillo F.C got a freekick which was hit by Alfonso Alas. Baltasar Carpio missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 15 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Faron Silvestre right hand side. Zxavian Encina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Faron Silvestre having to interfere. In the 19th match minute, Real Trujillo F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Argoitz Vizcaino to maneuver through the defense. Edmundo Mauriz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 25 played minutes Yambu FC got a freekick which was hit by Adolfo Mascarañas. Bernaldo Pares recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mariano Osaviaga struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Adolfo Izarra didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Real Trujillo F.C. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Bernaldo Pares put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Adolfo Izarra. The supporters of Real Trujillo F.C booed when Yambu FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baltasar Carpio didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 47 played minutes Yambu FC got a freekick which was hit by Adolfo Mascarañas.

Diego Candelo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adolfo Izarra having to interfere. After having played for 54 minutes, Bernaldo Pares managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Real Trujillo F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bernaldo Pares was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Real Trujillo F.C's Bernaldo Pares slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Adolfo Izarra. That made the score 0-3 after 70 minutes of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bernaldo Pares in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adolfo Izarra prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Diego Candelo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Timoteo Oznayo's late challenge caught a Real Trujillo F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Timoteo Oznayo helped the player get up and apologised. Bernaldo Pares might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Adolfo Izarra. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bernaldo Pares ran back to his position shaking his head. If Bernaldo Pares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. Argoitz Vizcaino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adolfo Izarra having to interfere. Real Trujillo F.C's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
