Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) 3 minutes into the game, one of Huaraccoyoc FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Zenaido Haedo shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Mario Vivero took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Batista Luaces. Batista Luaces dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Sergio Echaitia might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Florentino Benavidez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sergio Echaitia ran back to his position shaking his head. Sergio Echaitia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With his leg Florentino Benavidez managed to avoid a goal in the 18thth minute, when Cacapunco's Salvator Ceitegui fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Ramirez Guereña might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Batista Luaces. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ramirez Guereña ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Huaraccoyoc FC booed when Cacapunco was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Orlin Meneses didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 24th minute of the match Ponc Marquina shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Batista Luaces showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 29th minute, Salvator Ceitegui got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Batista Luaces took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hernan Seiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Batista Luaces came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Huaraccoyoc FC's Iraido Soterraña. But to his dismay, Iraido Soterraña quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 38th minute, Sergio Echaitia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Batista Luaces made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hernan Seiro in the 43rd minute of play. After the first half Huaraccoyoc FC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sergio Echaitia stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Batista Luaces made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mario Vivero in the 55th minute. If Sergio Echaitia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Cacapunco getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Orlin Meneses hit a great ball. Florentino Benavidez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sergio Echaitia in the 71st minute of the match. Batista Luaces was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ramirez Guereña showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 75 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iraido Soterraña in the 81st minute of play forced Cacapunco's goalkeeper Batista Luaces to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Batista Luaces made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mario Vivero in the 86th minute. Huaraccoyoc FC's Florentino Benavidez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucado Falco in the 90th minute of play. When Sergio Echaitia came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Cacapunco fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sergio Echaitia couldn't finish the play. Huaraccoyoc FC played a much better game than Cacapunco and deserved their victory. The Cacapunco players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
