The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joey Alexandro helped the player get up and apologised. After 14 played minutes Laramarca got a freekick which was hit by Joey Alexandro. Bertran Inda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Norino Emperanza in the 19th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, Laramarca's goal looked a bit too open when Florin Pidrola came free, but Bertran Inda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the mundo de evas defense, Che Gustros kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mercurio Cereceda. Bertran Inda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gartxot Ricaredo in the 44th minute of the match. Bertran Inda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gartxot Ricaredo, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. If Moise Urquiaga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Che Gustros was the one to do the kick off. Norino Emperanza did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-1 to the left of a surprised Bertran Inda 53 minutes into the match. Bertran Inda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Moise Urquiaga in the 57th minute of play. Mercurio Cereceda stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Che Gustros's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. After 68 minutes of play, mundo de evas's Norino Emperanza made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bertran Inda was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vitor Grijalba during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The mundo de evas supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing mundo de evas would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
