The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Lonzo Santisso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Guillen Orosco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 8th minute Llin Olmedilla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Conrao Areizabal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Llin Olmedilla's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Conrao Areizabal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. Gelmiro Olloque shot the penalty kick right outside the post. The supporters of UNMSM FC booed when Puyshu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eufrasio Gutierrez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Llin Olmedilla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Conrao Areizabal having to interfere. 21 minutes into the match, Puyshu's goalkeeper Conrao Areizabal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Txanton Ascot. After a defensive mix-up in Puyshu's zone, Llin Olmedilla stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Conrao Areizabal came out of the goal and Llin Olmedilla tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lonzo Santisso in the 28th minute of play forced UNMSM FC's goalkeeper Qiao Yuan Zhen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Llin Olmedilla took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Conrao Areizabal. Conrao Areizabal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After 35 minutes of play, UNMSM FC's Llin Olmedilla made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Conrao Areizabal was left in no man's land by his defense there! Txanton Ascot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

A collision led to Puyshu getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Corderall Ocasio hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, UNMSM FC's Marcos Partarroyo tried to score from far away in the 53rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. If Txanton Ascot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Conrao Areizabal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Llin Olmedilla in the 56th minute of play. If Txanton Ascot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, UNMSM FC's Qiao Yuan Zhen got control of the ball when Lonzo Santisso tried to sneak it across the goal line. 65 minutes into the match, Txanton Ascot notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Puyshu's Conrao Areizabal. Conrao Areizabal was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Guillen Orosco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Qiao Yuan Zhen having to interfere. If Guillen Orosco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 75 minutes into the match, Puyshu's goal looked a bit too open when Txanton Ascot came free, but Conrao Areizabal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Conrao Areizabal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Llin Olmedilla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Millan Limiñana's late challenge caught a Puyshu's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Millan Limiñana helped the player get up and apologised. Lonzo Santisso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Qiao Yuan Zhen made a huge save. 85 minutes into the match, UNMSM FC's goalkeeper Qiao Yuan Zhen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lonzo Santisso. If Txanton Ascot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Marquez Boveda kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. In the 96thth minute of the game Llin Olmedilla who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Puyshu's Conrao Areizabal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. There was no doubt that UNMSM FC were the better team. UNMSM FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
