Mazuste Carabajo took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arixo Arrazola. Arixo Arrazola dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Turpay's Mazuste Carabajo got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Zeledon Masses had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arixo Arrazola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mazuste Carabajo in the 29th minute of the match. Salitre's Arixo Arrazola played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mazuste Carabajo in the 30th minute of play. Kepa Quintero who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 34thth minute tested the skills of Rosalio Luey when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Salitre's Angelo Deaguero got a free kick in the 37th minute. In the 42nd minute, Christovao Añoza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 46 minutes into the match, Turpay's Mazuste Carabajo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arixo Arrazola narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Zeledon Masses received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Arixo Arrazola tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

If Kepa Quintero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Turpay's zone, Kepa Quintero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rosalio Luey came out of the goal and Kepa Quintero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Angelo Deaguero blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rosalio Luey having to make a save. 74 minutes into the match, Turpay's goal looked a bit too open when Angelo Deaguero came free, but Rosalio Luey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zeledon Masses sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Seguinus Salais took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 82nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rosalio Luey. Turpay's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Turpay's zone, Menendo Rebustillo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rosalio Luey came out of the goal and Menendo Rebustillo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rosalio Luey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maura Ruelas in the 86th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angelo Deaguero in the 92nd minute of play forced Turpay's goalkeeper Rosalio Luey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zeledon Masses sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
