A beautiful save bye Real Club Ancash's goalie prevented a goal. In the 7th match minute, Real Club Ancash was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bartolome Corbella to maneuver through the defense. Gartzen Pumareto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximiliano Abar, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. ACQ FC's Gustaf Eklund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Muc Arenzano in the 28th minute of play. Gartzen Pumareto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Camilo Bodelon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Bartolome Corbella the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Real Club Ancash protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Bartolome Corbella had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 40th minute there was a penalty for ACQ FC. Camilo Bodelon stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Gartzen Pumareto. 0-1. 44 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when ACQ FC's Camilo Bodelon fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Gartzen Pumareto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mergildo Rotalo in the 46th minute of the match. 47 minutes into the match, Real Club Ancash's goal looked a bit too open when Mergildo Rotalo came free, but Gartzen Pumareto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half ACQ FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Xaver Loro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 53 minutes, Camilo Bodelon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ACQ FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Camilo Bodelon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gartzen Pumareto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mergildo Rotalo's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. 57 minutes into the match, Camilo Bodelon dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gartzen Pumareto, 0-2. ACQ FC's Pedro Garabito was substituted for Camilo Bodelon. Mergildo Rotalo might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gartzen Pumareto. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mergildo Rotalo ran back to his position shaking his head. After 64 minutes, Eufemio Balague mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Real Club Ancash and the ACQ FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pedro Garabito in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gartzen Pumareto saved Real Club Ancash from getting behind. After 86 minutes, Pedro Garabito made it 0-5 with a short kick to the right side. Real Club Ancash's Gartzen Pumareto tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Gartzen Pumareto was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Pedro Garabito showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-6 in the 96 minute of play. When the match was over ACQ FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Real Club Ancash throughout the match.
