The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Serafo Minguez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lluterio Villagran having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Serafo Minguez in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lluterio Villagran saved Atlas FC from getting behind. 9 minutes into the match, Yanacachi's goal looked a bit too open when Danilo Naves came free, but Justino Majua reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Danilo Naves came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Atlas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Danilo Naves couldn't finish the play. Serafo Minguez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lluterio Villagran having to interfere. Atlas FC's attentive Ysidro Rosines managed to snatch the ball when Jurdan Iturrate made a throw-in in the 19th minute of the game. In the 27th minute Serafo Minguez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lluterio Villagran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lluterio Villagran stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Serafo Minguez's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. The supporters of Yanacachi booed when Atlas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Danilo Naves didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Atlas FC's Ysidro Rosines got a free kick in the 33rd minute. The audience was convinced that Serafo Minguez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lluterio Villagran was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. In the 40thth minute of the game Serafo Minguez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Atlas FC's Lluterio Villagran was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lluterio Villagran tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Serafo Minguez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yanacachi's supporters rose to their feet, but Serafo Minguez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lluterio Villagran breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Yanacachi fans' excitement grew in the 62nd match minute when Yanacachi's Serafo Minguez looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Gurutz Soterraña kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. The supporters of Atlas FC booed when Yanacachi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Godofredo Cuenca didn't get a good kick on the ball. 73 minutes into the match, Tino Gehring had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lluterio Villagran. Atlas FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tino Gehring was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. In the 76th minute, Tino Gehring made a precise shot to the right of Lluterio Villagran. Atlas FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. If Serafo Minguez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lluterio Villagran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tino Gehring in the 89th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Serafo Minguez in the 90th minute of play forced Atlas FC's goalkeeper Lluterio Villagran to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lluterio Villagran showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Godofredo Cuenca, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. After having played for 93 minutes, Serafo Minguez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yanacachi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Serafo Minguez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Yanacachi's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
