The audience thought a goal was coming when Xuban Heneses got free with Laureano Somalo in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Yago Ugalde came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Internazionale San Borja fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yago Ugalde couldn't finish the play. Laureano Somalo was out of position in the 13 minute of play, and Xuban Heneses capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Xuban Heneses really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. With a little luck, Palermo F.C's Laureano Somalo got control of the ball when Xuban Heneses tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Xuban Heneses put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Laureano Somalo. Generosb Prada showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gentza Viteri in the 21st minute of the match. In the 21st minute, Baltasar Elguero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Yago Ugalde managed to get in a good position for a shot. Internazionale San Borja's supporters rose to their feet, but Yago Ugalde was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Laureano Somalo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Amado Marine received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Laureano Somalo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Yago Ugalde had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind Palermo F.C's goalkeeper Laureano Somalo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Xuban Heneses made a kick off. A collision led to Internazionale San Borja getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Demetrio Represa hit a great ball. Rigoberto Bachicabo, 53 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Yago Ugalde's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Laureano Somalo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. Internazionale San Borja's Generosb Prada proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Internazionale San Borja from getting a goal against them. Generosb Prada showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eustaquio Villarprego in the 63rd minute of the match. If Yago Ugalde had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Xuban Heneses sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Internazionale San Borja's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
