Dida Saraiva kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Alvaro Rendueles's late challenge caught a Atlético Xatun Xauxa's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alvaro Rendueles helped the player get up and apologised. After 12 played minutes Club Alianza Lima got a freekick which was hit by Alvaro Rendueles. Bartolo Barricat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Nacho Bodon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 22 minutes into the match, Dida Saraiva dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Nacho Bodon, 2-0. In the 25th minute Bartolo Barricat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nacho Bodon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 26th minute, José Berger reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Nacho Bodon. The goal made the score 3-0. Nacho Bodon was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Bartolo Barricat showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 30 minute of play. In the 35th minute, César Tinoco made a precise shot to the right of Nacho Bodon. Club Alianza Lima's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. The audience was convinced that Bartolo Barricat's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nacho Bodon was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. In the 39th minute, José Berger ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nacho Bodon was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. The referee felt a red card was in order, 52 minutes into the game, when Aznar Villamizar put in a rough tackle. Bartolo Barricat took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nacho Bodon. Nacho Bodon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. The supporters of Atlético Xatun Xauxa booed when Club Alianza Lima was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Berasko Nebot didn't get a good kick on the ball. 65 minutes into the match, Club Alianza Lima's goal looked a bit too open when Dida Saraiva came free, but Nacho Bodon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nacho Bodon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bartolo Barricat went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 9-0 was the resulting score. In the 75th minute José Berger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nacho Bodon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 76 minutes of play, Atlético Xatun Xauxa's Hori Tosantos made it 10-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nacho Bodon was left in no man's land by his defense there! Club Alianza Lima's Nacho Bodon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bartolo Barricat in the 79th minute of play. Pedro Paulo Ferro hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Nacho Bodon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bartolo Barricat went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 11-0 was the resulting score. Bartolo Barricat struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Nacho Bodon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atlético Xatun Xauxa. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, José Berger managed to get in a good position for a shot. Atlético Xatun Xauxa's supporters rose to their feet, but José Berger was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nacho Bodon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee ended the match the Atlético Xatun Xauxa players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
