Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Atlético Xatun Xauxa's Bartolo Barricat got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 4 minutes into the match, Cheques's goal looked a bit too open when Dida Saraiva came free, but Xicu Millares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Cheques getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Froylan Cortinas hit a great ball. After 6 played minutes Atlético Xatun Xauxa got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Paulo Ferro. In the 9th minute Kinsen Correduria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgar Santana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chorache Lallera hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Kinsen Correduria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bartolo Barricat received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Xicu Millares came out and tried to block the shot, but Bartolo Barricat slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 14th minute. Roger Viñuela recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match clock showed 22 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Roger Viñuela sped through Atlético Xatun Xauxa's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Edgar Santana. Dida Saraiva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Xicu Millares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edgar Santana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kinsen Correduria, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cheques's Xicu Millares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dida Saraiva in the 30th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers José Berger in the 48th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Xicu Millares saved Cheques from getting behind. The Atlético Xatun Xauxa players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Cheques were winning 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kinsen Correduria to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Berger in the 53rd minute of play forced Cheques's goalkeeper Xicu Millares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Txordon Aballe during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Xicu Millares had in the 57thth minute some difficulties stopping Bartolo Barricat's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Xicu Millares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Paulo Ferro in the 63rd minute of play. José Berger blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Xicu Millares having to make a save. In the 68th minute, Bartolo Barricat ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Xicu Millares was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. In the 77th minute, Roger Viñuela got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 78th minute, Pedro Paulo Ferro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 82 minutes, Bartolo Barricat managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atlético Xatun Xauxa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bartolo Barricat was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 89 minutes into the game, Bibiano Moro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cheques's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Atlético Xatun Xauxa the free kick. In the 89th minute, Bibiano Moro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edgar Santana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kinsen Correduria in the 92nd minute of play. In the 95th minute Chorache Lallera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xicu Millares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kinsen Correduria recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Atlético Xatun Xauxa had played much better football throughout.
