Cheques's Gervaso Senderos got his second yellow card of the match in the 24th minute. The referee ordered Gervaso Senderos off the ground. The wind increased when Roger Viñuela made the kick off in the second half. In the 50th match minute, Cheques was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Froylan Cortinas to maneuver through the defense. Cheques's Roger Viñuela got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Pelagius Jimeno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
