Bidun Abad didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 1-1 via right post in the game's 15th minute. Club Alianza Lima's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! An unexpected shot in the 23rd minute by Bidun Abad got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After having played for 36 minutes, Distiratsu Guillen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Lobos de Acari's supporters crossed their fingers, but Distiratsu Guillen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Los Lobos de Acari's Arlo Lebrato got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 41st minute Arlo Lebrato shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nacho Bodon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Distiratsu Guillen made the kick off in the second half. With an all-out effort, Los Lobos de Acari's Nacho Bodon threw himself towards the right post 51 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Distiratsu Guillen, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Arlo Lebrato could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Nacho Bodon made a huge save. Los Lobos de Acari's Arlo Lebrato got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mannie Jado in the 61st minute of play forced Los Lobos de Acari's goalkeeper Shepherd Villazan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Los Lobos de Acari's supporters rose to their feet, but Arlo Lebrato was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nacho Bodon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Los Lobos de Acari's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
