After a defensive mix-up in Pichupichuni FBC's zone, Salvator Vives stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Juan-Carlos Villaelrriego came out of the goal and Salvator Vives tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Juan-Carlos Villaelrriego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Salvator Vives, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Jurdan Caño hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Juan-Carlos Villaelrriego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Salvator Vives, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pichupichuni FBC's Juan-Carlos Villaelrriego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Salvator Vives in the 32nd minute of play. 34 minutes into the game, Phelipe Aveo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Juan-Carlos Villaelrriego was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience was convinced that Joseph Haza's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bermund Pascalin was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. Juan-Carlos Villaelrriego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Salvator Vives in the 43rd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Phelipe Aveo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Juan-Carlos Villaelrriego. That made the score 2-0 in the 45 minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Macias Olaverrieta to strike the kick off in the second half. After having played for 56 minutes, Joseph Haza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pichupichuni FBC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joseph Haza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bermund Pascalin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jurdan Caño in the 60th minute of the match. When Joseph Haza came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Pichupichuni FBC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joseph Haza couldn't finish the play. After having played for 64 minutes, Salvator Vives managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Quishuara's supporters crossed their fingers, but Salvator Vives was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Salvator Vives scored 3-0 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Juan-Carlos Villaelrriego, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 70 minutes, Salvator Vives mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Quishuara and the Pichupichuni FBC players grew even worse after the yellow card. 76 minutes into the match, Pichupichuni FBC's goal looked a bit too open when Salvator Vives came free, but Juan-Carlos Villaelrriego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Joseph Haza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 80 played minutes Quishuara got a freekick which was hit by Sabin Burcena. After a defensive mix-up in Pichupichuni FBC's zone, Salvator Vives stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Juan-Carlos Villaelrriego came out of the goal and Salvator Vives tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Pichupichuni FBC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense.
