After some careless play in the Yupanqui FC defense, Zelipe Suesa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cerilo Rado. The Yupanqui FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cerilo Rado should have stopped the shot. 15 minutes into the match, Furtado Lugo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Romano Gacel. FC FARGO's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Furtado Lugo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. FC FARGO's Romano Gacel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hermelando Liñan in the 22nd minute of play. 23 minutes into the game, Zelipe Suesa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Cerilo Rado was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Erasmo Ocariz might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cerilo Rado. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Erasmo Ocariz ran back to his position shaking his head. If Paco Velarroa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hermelando Liñan in the 31st minute of play forced FC FARGO's goalkeeper Romano Gacel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 37th minute Erasmo Ocariz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cerilo Rado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Yupanqui FC booed when FC FARGO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valery Armenteros didn't get a good kick on the ball. 45 minutes into the match, Yupanqui FC's goal looked a bit too open when Zelipe Suesa came free, but Cerilo Rado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 48 minutes into the match, Yupanqui FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jurdan Palma came free, but Cerilo Rado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jurdan Palma stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jurdan Palma received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Cerilo Rado came out and tried to block the shot, but Jurdan Palma slotted it home off the left post making it 2-3 in the 56th minute. Zelipe Suesa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Cerilo Rado made a huge save. Furtado Lugo hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Paco Velarroa was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 76th minute. FC FARGO's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zelipe Suesa in the 76th minute of play forced Yupanqui FC's goalkeeper Cerilo Rado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Romano Gacel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hermelando Liñan in the 82nd minute of play. After 82 played minutes FC FARGO got a freekick which was hit by Pierres Treviño. Peru Mancina was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 84th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 85th match minute, Yupanqui FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anton Andujar to maneuver through the defense. In the 88th minute Erasmo Ocariz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cerilo Rado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cerilo Rado was out of position in the 93 minute of play, and Zelipe Suesa capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Zelipe Suesa really showed his touch with that goal: 2-6. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Erasmo Ocariz managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC FARGO's supporters rose to their feet, but Erasmo Ocariz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cerilo Rado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
