Guillermo Fontano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Errando Remolino having to interfere. Cosme Loma showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roberto Hidalgo, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Palben Botas charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Palben Botas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 7th minute, Palben Botas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Raimundo Bon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Froila Othaz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cosme Loma read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Nike United's goal looked a bit too open when Guillermo Fontano came free, but Errando Remolino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18th minute, Guillermo Fontano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 20th minute, Guillermo Fontano made a precise shot to the right of Errando Remolino. Nike United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. With an all-out effort, Nike United's Cosme Loma threw himself towards the right post 23 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Roberto Hidalgo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. If Guillermo Fontano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Raimundo Bon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Guillermo Fontano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Iaki Urtiaga struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Errando Remolino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sincos. Nike United's Errando Remolino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guillermo Fontano in the 48th minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Guillermo Fontano to make the kick off. In the 56th minute, Raimundo Bon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nike United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Cosme Loma took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raimundo Bon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 63rd minute, Nike United's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Iaki Urtiaga fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Cosme Loma showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raimundo Bon, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Nike United's Raimundo Bon got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Guillermo Fontano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 84 minutes, Raimundo Bon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nike United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Raimundo Bon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Errando Remolino didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 87th minute, which inside left pole to 1-3. When the final whistle sounded Sincos left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Nike United.
