An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonardo Mannuel in the 14th minute of play forced Fénix FC's goalkeeper Vasco Yurre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ismael Mano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Moise Piedrahita in the 16th minute of the match. Nahia Gamiz who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 19thth minute tested the skills of Vasco Yurre when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 20 minutes into the game, Ximen Godos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fénix FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Alianza MRCV the free kick. A collision led to Fénix FC getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Ximen Godos hit a great ball. Nicodemo PayµN took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ismael Mano. Ismael Mano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 25th minute, Moise Piedrahita made a precise shot to the right of Ismael Mano. Alianza MRCV's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Ismael Mano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximino Carbajo in the 28th minute of play. If Nahia Gamiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 34 played minutes Fénix FC got a freekick which was hit by Adalberto Pato. 38 minutes in the game, Hurko Maestu fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Vasco Yurre having to interfere. Hernandez Acosta in the 38thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Vasco Yurre, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 1-2 became the score in the 40th minute when Hernandez Acosta elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hernandez Acosta to make the kick off. Through an outstanding action, after 90 minutes, Ismael Mano successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Alianza MRCV's Ismael Mano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Alianza MRCV from getting a goal against them. 92 minutes into the match, Moise Piedrahita dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ismael Mano, 2-3. The Alianza MRCV supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Fénix FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Fénix FC.
