In the 19th minute, Iyan Galindez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Txatxu Abeijon was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Muc Orodea during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Gachy FC. booed when La Guaira was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Muc Orodea didn't get a good kick on the ball. La Guaira's Isadoro Saz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save La Guaira from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Calisto Cianca's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Txatxu Abeijon was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. Gachy FC.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Isadoro Saz came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Gachy FC.'s Behe Rolan. But to his dismay, Behe Rolan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. When Iyan Galindez came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the La Guaira fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Iyan Galindez couldn't finish the play. Calisto Cianca charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Calisto Cianca the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, La Guaira's Calisto Cianca got a free kick in the 70th minute. In the 74th minute, Behe Rolan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Isadoro Saz was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-3. The audience was convinced that Behe Rolan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Isadoro Saz was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. Stanislao Pernia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
