Castulo Arrueta's late challenge caught a Lanche's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Castulo Arrueta helped the player get up and apologised. Castulo Arrueta kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Generosb Labastida fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Michael Kaxe having to interfere. Lanche's Nelio Viniambres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Meder Miera in the 14th minute of play. Lanche's Nelio Viniambres proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Lanche from getting a goal against them. Generosb Labastida received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Michael Kaxe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Lanche defense, Pepito Urquicia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nelio Viniambres. The Lanche fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nelio Viniambres should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rufio Mezquita in the 26th minute of play forced Senna's goalkeeper Michael Kaxe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pepito Urquicia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Nelio Viniambres tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 41 minutes of play, Senna's Pepito Urquicia made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nelio Viniambres was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 46thth minute of the game Rufio Mezquita who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Senna's Michael Kaxe was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 47 minutes into the game, Fertus Alemparte was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Senna's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lanche the free kick. In the 47th minute, Fertus Alemparte hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 48th minute Rufio Mezquita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michael Kaxe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rufio Mezquita to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute of the match Israel Silio sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Michael Kaxe skillfully saved the ball. Meder Miera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 66 minutes into the game, Senna's Pepito Urquicia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nelio Viniambres made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Meder Miera recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 78th minute, Meder Miera got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Senna's Michael Kaxe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rufio Mezquita in the 81st minute of play. 89 minutes in the game, Rufio Mezquita fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Michael Kaxe having to interfere. 91 minutes into the match, Senna's goal looked a bit too open when Rufio Mezquita came free, but Michael Kaxe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Senna fans cheered their team off the field, for while Lanche had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
