Damaso Bacardi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Lekubegi Bustos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 17 played minutes Arsenal got a freekick which was hit by Valentine Mina. 23 minutes into the match, Gomesano Amandi notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Arsenal's Lekubegi Bustos. Lekubegi Bustos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Min Villaciergo struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Xzavaier Nanclares didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arsenal. Xzavaier Nanclares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lehen Huera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arsenal's Lekubegi Bustos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gomesano Amandi in the 32nd minute of play. Lekubegi Bustos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gomesano Amandi, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. In the 39th minute Damaso Bacardi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lekubegi Bustos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Atack-antes getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Dominic Orbaneja hit a great ball. Lehen Huera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 44th minute, Gomesano Amandi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Atack-antes fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gomesano Amandi to strike the kick off in the second half. Lekubegi Bustos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Damaso Bacardi in the 55th minute. In the 56th match minute, Arsenal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valentine Mina to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gomesano Amandi in the 58th minute of play forced Arsenal's goalkeeper Lekubegi Bustos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gomesano Amandi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Lekubegi Bustos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Damaso Bacardi came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Atack-antes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Damaso Bacardi couldn't finish the play. Valentine Mina kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gomesano Amandi in the 71st minute of play forced Arsenal's goalkeeper Lekubegi Bustos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 77 minutes, Lehen Huera managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arsenal's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lehen Huera was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Florencio Iñigo fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Arsenal's protests and gave Florencio Iñigo a yellow card for diving instead. Atack-antes's Damaso Bacardi got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Atack-antes's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
