Urdaspal Nurueña helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Montalvo booed when Club Real Seigaku F.B.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Urdaspal Nurueña didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Montalvo getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Peli Buendia hit a great ball. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Montalvo's goalkeeper Rogerio Cortazar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Berto Urtueta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Carmelo Alzola tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 31 minutes into the match, Club Real Seigaku F.B.C's goalkeeper Carmelo Alzola had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dominguez Domaquia. In the 32nd minute, Berto Urtueta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Club Real Seigaku F.B.C's zone, Berto Urtueta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carmelo Alzola came out of the goal and Berto Urtueta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 36th match minute, Club Real Seigaku F.B.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Urdaspal Nurueña to maneuver through the defense. Dominguez Domaquia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 44 played minutes Club Real Seigaku F.B.C got a freekick which was hit by Austin Blancas. Club Real Seigaku F.B.C's goalie Carmelo Alzola was quick on his feet when Dominguez Domaquia aimed and made a shot towards the top left corner. The goalie picked down the ball without great difficulties.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jesus Tome stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Evaristo Revilla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Rogerio Cortazar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Montalvo's zone, Jesus Tome stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rogerio Cortazar came out of the goal and Jesus Tome tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 65 minutes, Jesus Tome managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Real Seigaku F.B.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jesus Tome was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 69th match minute, Club Real Seigaku F.B.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miliano Ibarzabal to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Berto Urtueta in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carmelo Alzola prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Montalvo's Berto Urtueta got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 82 minutes, Evaristo Revilla mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club Real Seigaku F.B.C and the Montalvo players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Club Real Seigaku F.B.C getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Evaristo Revilla hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Club Real Seigaku F.B.C's zone, Berto Urtueta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carmelo Alzola came out of the goal and Berto Urtueta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Berto Urtueta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carmelo Alzola having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Berto Urtueta in the 96th minute of play forced Club Real Seigaku F.B.C's goalkeeper Carmelo Alzola to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Montalvo were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
