After a defensive mix-up in Noobies F.C.'s zone, Xavier Elzuardi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Evis Lacalle came out of the goal and Xavier Elzuardi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gartzi Irabien sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Evis Lacalle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xavier Elzuardi in the 9th minute of play. After 10th play minutes Melchor Gredilla shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Romildo Camposa and just under the crossbar into goal. If Xaven Muxi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Xavier Elzuardi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evis Lacalle having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gartzi Irabien in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Evis Lacalle saved Noobies F.C. from getting behind. In the 29th minute, Xavier Elzuardi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 30th match minute, Noobies F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Harri Santillion to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xaven Muxi in the 34th minute of play forced Salvarri's goalkeeper Romildo Camposa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 36 minutes into the match, Noobies F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Gartzi Irabien came free, but Evis Lacalle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Evis Lacalle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gartzi Irabien, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Xavier Elzuardi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 43rd minute Gartzi Irabien shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evis Lacalle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gartzi Irabien might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Evis Lacalle. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gartzi Irabien ran back to his position shaking his head. Noobies F.C.'s Evis Lacalle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xavier Elzuardi in the 47th minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Xaven Muxi was the one to do the kick off. Kusko Guiluz kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eugenio Bizoso during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Gartzi Irabien had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Xavier Elzuardi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind Salvarri's goalkeeper Romildo Camposa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gartzi Irabien charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gartzi Irabien the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When Harri Santillion came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Noobies F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Harri Santillion couldn't finish the play. Xaven Muxi struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Romildo Camposa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Noobies F.C.. In the 85th minute Melchor Gredilla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romildo Camposa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Xavier Elzuardi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Pirro Balanzuela fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Salvarri's protests and gave Pirro Balanzuela a yellow card for diving instead. In the 96th minute, Pirro Balanzuela hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 98 minutes into the match, Noobies F.C.'s Silvino Mazo broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal.
