Tallia Gundin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Gipuzkoa Lada made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Iparragirre Martioda managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mamaca's supporters rose to their feet, but Iparragirre Martioda was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tiago Arenillas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 20 minutes into the match, Mamaca's goal looked a bit too open when Iratxo Isasaga came free, but Gipuzkoa Lada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Iratxo Isasaga kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gipuzkoa Lada. That made the score 1-0 in the 25 minute of play. Tallia Gundin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Gipuzkoa Lada tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tiago Arenillas came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Mamaca's Xusto Lagala. But to his dismay, Xusto Lagala quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 35 minutes into the match, Bizen Gao notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Mamaca's Gipuzkoa Lada. Gipuzkoa Lada was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tallia Gundin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Gipuzkoa Lada made a huge save. 48 minutes into the match, Mamaca's goal looked a bit too open when Iratxo Isasaga came free, but Gipuzkoa Lada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Xusto Lagala to make the kick off. Rico Amarita kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Cordera Vivas kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. If Tallia Gundin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 58th minute of the match Iaki Estibalez sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gipuzkoa Lada skillfully saved the ball. Iratxo Isasaga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gipuzkoa Lada having to interfere. Tallia Gundin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Iparragirre Martioda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Quico Boliana made in the 85th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Maore Ochari however managed to control. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tallia Gundin in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gipuzkoa Lada prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mamaca's Gipuzkoa Lada played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iratxo Isasaga in the 94th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The DM Athletic fans cheered their team off the field, for while Mamaca had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
