The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Olloa in the 5th minute of play forced AS THON TERIAS FC's goalkeeper Magdaleno Guillemez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emanuel Sanchez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dino Laurenciano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Abtao FC's Timoteo Perdomo got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 13 played minutes AS THON TERIAS FC got a freekick which was hit by Ricart Padolles. Guifre Bono who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 19thth minute tested the skills of Magdaleno Guillemez when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 20thth minute of the game Nicodemo Castañares who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Abtao FC's Emanuel Sanchez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Cristian Olloa came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Abtao FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Olloa couldn't finish the play. After 25 minutes, Clementi Aribau mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AS THON TERIAS FC and the Abtao FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Nicodemo Castañares took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Emanuel Sanchez. After 31 played minutes AS THON TERIAS FC got a freekick which was hit by Argider Garantos. Dino Laurenciano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Emanuel Sanchez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Dino Laurenciano came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the AS THON TERIAS FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dino Laurenciano couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Abtao FC's zone, Dino Laurenciano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emanuel Sanchez came out of the goal and Dino Laurenciano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Emanuel Sanchez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dino Laurenciano, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cristian Olloa made a kick off. Abtao FC's Emanuel Sanchez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicodemo Castañares in the 54th minute of play. After 79 played minutes Abtao FC got a freekick which was hit by Gaspard Izana. Magdaleno Guillemez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Olloa, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. In the 96th minute, Guifre Bono got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. AS THON TERIAS FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
