Anxo Horna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remicio Pareja in the 10th minute of play. Haroldo Ayerza kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. 13 minutes into the match, FC Union Universitario's Quintin Atauri sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Anxo Horna narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 15thth minute of the game Quintin Atauri who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Peruanos FC's Anxo Horna was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Martinez Castriciones's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Guillem Concha read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. FC Union Universitario's Guillem Concha proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save FC Union Universitario from getting a goal against them. In the 26th minute of the match Ximen Morros sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Guillem Concha skillfully saved the ball. Anxo Horna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Quintin Atauri in the 30th minute of play. After 37 minutes of play, Peruanos FC's Lauaxeta Castrillo made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Guillem Concha was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of FC Union Universitario booed when Peruanos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ximen Morros didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Quintin Atauri managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Union Universitario's supporters rose to their feet, but Quintin Atauri was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anxo Horna breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Quintin Atauri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Anxo Horna tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lauaxeta Castrillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guillem Concha having to interfere. Guillem Concha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martinez Castriciones in the 57th minute of play. In the 61st minute, Martinez Castriciones ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Guillem Concha was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Lauaxeta Castrillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Guillem Concha read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. Mitxel Relloso hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. FC Union Universitario's Guillem Concha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martinez Castriciones in the 76th minute of play. Lauaxeta Castrillo scored 3-0 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Guillem Concha, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Guillem Concha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martinez Castriciones, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Peruanos FC's Martinez Castriciones got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Quintin Atauri in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anxo Horna saved Peruanos FC from getting behind.
