With a left leg Dorio Gandarias saved SanJodido from getting behind. Ionel Cocea made an important save on a dangerous shot by Claudinei Uja in the 43rd minute. After some careless play in the SanJodido defense, Erdiano Gort kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dorio Gandarias. The SanJodido fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dorio Gandarias should have stopped the shot. The SanJodido players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. altos angeles were winning 0-5.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Argoitz Veloso stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of SanJodido booed when altos angeles was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teodoro Paza didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ionel Cocea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Argoitz Veloso in the 86th minute of the match. Claudinei Uja made a great header on SanJodido's corner, it was just that altos angeles's Ionel Cocea managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind altos angeles's goalkeeper Ionel Cocea, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rayman Rebolloso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Ionel Cocea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Erdiano Gort had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. altos angeles played a much better game than SanJodido and deserved their victory. The SanJodido players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
