The supporters of Alianza Lima booed when Galanthue Descentralizado was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Poz Mones during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 14th minute, Poz Mones hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rusi Dokuzanov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 20th minute, Sarracino Condado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wieslaw Purzycki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rusi Dokuzanov in the 22nd minute of the match. After 25 minutes, Sazon Cuadra mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Galanthue Descentralizado and the Alianza Lima players grew even worse after the yellow card. After having played for 26 minutes, Jerold Requena managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alianza Lima's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jerold Requena was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 30th minute Rusi Dokuzanov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wieslaw Purzycki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oliverios Alastuey in the 31st minute of play forced Alianza Lima's goalkeeper Wieslaw Purzycki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rusi Dokuzanov struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Wieslaw Purzycki didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Galanthue Descentralizado. In the 35th minute, Rusi Dokuzanov left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Galanthue Descentralizado fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Wieslaw Purzycki stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rusi Dokuzanov's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. If Rusi Dokuzanov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jerold Requena to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Galanthue Descentralizado's Horacio Besteo got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Pepe Argos took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Noe Bazo. Noe Bazo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Noe Bazo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sarracino Condado in the 62nd minute of the match. Wieslaw Purzycki came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Galanthue Descentralizado's Rusi Dokuzanov. But to his dismay, Rusi Dokuzanov quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. After a rather tough play, Galanthue Descentralizado's Rogerio Varandalla got a free kick in the 71st minute. Galanthue Descentralizado's Sazon Cuadra got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jerold Requena received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Noe Bazo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Alianza Lima getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Eloi Valle hit a great ball. Rusi Dokuzanov's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 85thth minute, Wieslaw Purzycki skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Galanthue Descentralizado walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
