But to his dismay, Mon Postigo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Peio Alcubilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eneto Barrachina in the 14th minute of play. 18 minutes into the game, Xeromo Arrocha was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Yuracrumi's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Universitario the free kick. Xeromo Arrocha hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mon Postigo in the 21st minute of play forced Yuracrumi's goalkeeper Peio Alcubilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Mon Postigo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Peio Alcubilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mon Postigo in the 27th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Quexal Flamenco hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. 62 minutes into the match, Yuracrumi's goalkeeper Peio Alcubilla had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mon Postigo. Mon Postigo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Peio Alcubilla made a huge save. Yuracrumi's Peio Alcubilla proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Yuracrumi from getting a goal against them. Peio Alcubilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mon Postigo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Papi Saron's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Peio Alcubilla firmly grabbed it by the left post. Peio Alcubilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Papi Saron, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Papi Saron recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Universitario's Euloxu Rojas was substituted for Branislav Vitev. Universitario's Lionel-Andrés Newell was substituted for Mon Postigo. In the 84th minute, Universitario's Papi Saron dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. The audience was convinced that Lionel-Andrés Newell's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Peio Alcubilla was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. The Yuracrumi fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Universitario were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
