The referee showed Euloxu Morua the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Alianza Ganadora getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Tono Peinado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silban Val, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. After having played for 35 minutes, Silban Val managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. San Leandro FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silban Val was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Inocencio Tejada hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. 38 minutes into the match, San Leandro FC's Xurxo Cladera broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. The supporters of Alianza Ganadora booed when San Leandro FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bertin Molleda didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alianza Ganadora's Pellas Casarin couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 57th minute. Segio Licher fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Timoteo Lucero having to interfere. Alianza Ganadora's Moises Magallanes pulled a muscle in his leg after 66 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Gagriel Nuñez's late challenge caught a Alianza Ganadora's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gagriel Nuñez helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, San Leandro FC's Gagriel Nuñez got a free kick in the 67th minute. 0-1 became the score in the 68th minute when Armando Castillejo elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 71st minute Tavio Junco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tono Peinado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Alianza Ganadora walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
