Celestino Gormaz had in the 12thth minute some difficulties stopping Orlin Sarmiento's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. If Ronaldinho Coca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cordarrol Cepeda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronaldinho Coca in the 14th minute of the match. In the 15th minute Oinaz Rigues collided with an opponent which caused him a fractured collar bone. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tipi Peruyera during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of SLAVAMARLOW booed when Jhonny FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tipi Peruyera didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cordarrol Cepeda stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pietro Dieguez's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. Gelmiro Arrueta might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cordarrol Cepeda. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gelmiro Arrueta ran back to his position shaking his head. Incendio Campelo kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Celestino Gormaz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gaizka Bailey's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Jhonny FC's zone, Ronaldinho Coca stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cordarrol Cepeda came out of the goal and Ronaldinho Coca tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cordarrol Cepeda made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Ronaldinho Coca sent off a good shot on target. In the 40th minute Gelmiro Arrueta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cordarrol Cepeda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Jhonny FC booed when SLAVAMARLOW was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bidun Barrantes didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 47th minute Gaizka Bailey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celestino Gormaz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

53 minutes into the match, Jhonny FC's goal looked a bit too open when Pietro Dieguez came free, but Cordarrol Cepeda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gelmiro Arrueta in the 55th minute of play forced Jhonny FC's goalkeeper Cordarrol Cepeda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cordarrol Cepeda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ronaldinho Coca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Xzaiver Olaisola could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Celestino Gormaz made a huge save. Gelmiro Arrueta kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Jhonny FC's Ubarna Quintanadueñas got a free kick in the 69th minute. If Pietro Dieguez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cordarrol Cepeda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronaldinho Coca, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaizka Bailey in the 83rd minute of play forced SLAVAMARLOW's goalkeeper Celestino Gormaz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Orlin Sarmiento kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Venceslao Idalgo lost his temper 89 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
