Garaile Seguin hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Blasi Sorribes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bartoli Pellon was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. If Xuan Termiñoso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sugar Piedeconcha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tonete Borregon in the 23rd minute of the match. Yanaaja 's James Termiñoso got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 26th match minute, Yanaaja was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ermengol Barriola to maneuver through the defense. Amailayo's Sugar Piedeconcha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by James Termiñoso in the 32nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tonete Borregon in the 38th minute of play forced Amailayo's goalkeeper Sugar Piedeconcha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bartoli Pellon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tano Conchas, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Xuan Termiñoso made the kick off in the second half. James Termiñoso in the 52ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Aresti Canel the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Amailayo protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Aresti Canel had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 52 minutes into the game, one of Amailayo:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Sugar Piedeconcha, was totally fooled by Yanaaja 's Rogerio Berberana, who 55 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Sugar Piedeconcha made an important save on a dangerous shot by James Termiñoso in the 58th minute. Amailayo's attentive Mede Barrantes managed to snatch the ball when Rogerio Berberana made a throw-in in the 59th minute of the game. Rogelio Pujado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Sugar Piedeconcha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yanaaja 's James Termiñoso got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rogerio Berberana made in the 73rd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Xuan Termiñoso immediately put the ball in play. Teodor Rosich charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Teodor Rosich the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 74th match minute, Amailayo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teodor Rosich to maneuver through the defense. If Mede Barrantes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the match was over Yanaaja could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Amailayo throughout the match.
