Spectators: 8462 (Terracing: 6347, Seating: 1946, VIP seats: 169) Mouricio Ibarlucea started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. If Mouricio Ibarlucea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 7th minute Tibor Dudics suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bernaldo Perlines during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Mouricio Ibarlucea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeronimo Elazar having to interfere. When Sugoi Pumarejo fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Yonque FBC's protests and gave Sugoi Pumarejo a yellow card for diving instead. Sugoi Pumarejo kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Yonque FBC's Jeronimo Elazar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mouricio Ibarlucea in the 17th minute of play. Burutzagi Cia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Benicio Lerdo in the 19th minute. If Mouricio Ibarlucea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Yonque FBC's Clemente Hernan got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Froilan Ioritz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Mouricio Ibarlucea came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Alianza lima fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mouricio Ibarlucea couldn't finish the play. Ortzi Pedraja received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Jeronimo Elazar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Omar Sedan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alianza lima's supporters rose to their feet, but Omar Sedan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jeronimo Elazar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gar Fandiño in the 42nd minute of play forced Alianza lima's goalkeeper Burutzagi Cia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 43 minutes, Froilan Ioritz took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Burutzagi Cia to make any attempt to save it.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Benicio Lerdo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Burutzagi Cia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benicio Lerdo in the 52nd minute of play. If Omar Sedan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Yonque FBC's Sugoi Pumarejo got a free kick in the 60th minute. Omar Sedan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jeronimo Elazar having to make a save. Jeronimo Elazar didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 65th minute, which inside left pole to 2-1. Burutzagi Cia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benicio Lerdo, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Mouricio Ibarlucea kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Froilan Ioritz in the 75th minute of play forced Alianza lima's goalkeeper Burutzagi Cia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Omar Sedan got free with Jeronimo Elazar in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mouricio Ibarlucea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ortzi Pedraja sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Yonque FBC's Jeronimo Elazar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mouricio Ibarlucea in the 85th minute of play. After 86 played minutes Yonque FBC got a freekick which was hit by Artur Cuenia. If Omar Sedan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alianza lima's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
